I am Professor of Economics and Public Policy in the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine, where I am also director of the UCI Center for Real Estate. I spent a long time at Penn State University and also a few years at UNLV. I am an editor of Journal of Regional Science, and of Journal of Housing Economics. My family and I wrote a novel, The Casebook of Qing and Xmucane, which is available on Amazon. I was also on Jeopardy!
